Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to our sales team.

Qualifications for the function

  • College or higher degree, technical field is advantage.                                                                            
  • Experience in organization and driving business cases in areas of information technologies.
  • Professional accomplishments in all phases of business case – identification of possible clients and decisive men, establish communication as an origin of business relation, analysis and definition of appropriate demand and its communication towards technical team of the company, ability negotiate business conditions of contracts and their resulting performance, ability to maintain and develop business relations. Capability of independent and team work.                                         
  • Ability to work individually and with continual setting, take stuff to viable position.
  • Mentally and physically strong and mature personality with leading talent, considering stress as natural part of reaching hard to please goals. Straight-lined and at the same time careful in business communication, emphatic on enforcing changes. Respect for team work, ability and potential of colleagues on all levels. High-ranking of personal courage and motivation be a success.                        
  • Loyalty to company is needed.
  • Results driven personality is a must in AM role.                       
  • Fluent English is plus.                                    

Objective

  • Responsibility for exploitation of business potential on listed clients and for development of Company business relations.

Position at organization

  • Member of the Sales team, no subordinates.
  • Direct superior person: Sales Director

Tasks

  • Generating profitable business to ALEF through selling HW and/or Service and/or TRN to Accounts which are dedicated to the AM.
  • Reaching the targets agreed in Bonus Plan in each FY both in the field of Revenue and Margin.
  • Understanding of Company Customer’s needs. On their basis, controlling and development of the business relation, in cooperation with Sales Director.
  • Identification of new opportunities, new procedures, including new and alternative systematic approaches with the objective to fulfil the exploitation of the business potential of selected customers.
  • Preparation of Offers, realization of business negotiations with Customers. Preparation of Contract Drafts leading to the Business contracts achievement and their realization.
  • Conduct the colleagues to the improvement of Service quality to the Customers and to the loyalty to the Company.
  • Able to find new partners, help them to develop their business and education.
