Sales Director

Due to our continued growth and market demand we are currently recruiting a qualified person with relevant experience to lead our sales team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reaching the Sales Targets of the company (revenue 33M$, margin, market share)
  • Leading and motivating a successful Sales Team of 7-8 people
  • Being a proactive member of the local Management Team
  • Developing already existing business relationships with key Partners and Customers
  • Bringing new Partners (Resellers) and Training Customers (End-Users) to the company
  • Maintaining relationship with existing Vendors (Cisco, NetApp, F5, Flowmon, Libelium)
  • Looking for new possible Vendors and Services for ALEF
  • Focus on Value Add Services to existing and new Partners

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7 years+ sales experience with minimum 2 years of leading people
  • Proven sales track record in IT/ICT field
  • Motivated and result oriented personality
  • Ability to lead people
  • Structured thinking, with the ability to follow and create processes
  • 100% Team player attitude
  • Positive and open personality
  • Native Hungarian language knowledge
  • Fluent English language knowledge
