Training Sales Support

Due to our continued growth and market demand we are currently recruiting a qualified person to fill the currently open Training Sales Support position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing and preparing external and internal training courses.
  • Preparation of training related documentations and administration.
  • Answering trainees’ and customers’ questions, responding e-mails, phone calls.
  • Preparation and ensuring the training materials (purchasing, copying, etc.) and all technical resources connected the trainings (remote lab).
  • Placing orders into the company’s information system, data processing, invoicing of trainings and tests.
  • Assistance with tenders, offers, preparation of business contracts, documents, etc.
  • Communication with customers and participants in the way to keep stable customer base.
  • The administration of training webpage, updating information concerning trainings.
  • Participation in generating profitable business and reaching yearly targets through selling trainings in co-operation with Training Business Development Manager.
  • Creating and sending out offers to customers.
  • Preparing and ordering of training related marketing materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Very good communication skills, the ability to communicate inside the company and with customers, developing and maintaining ongoing working and business relationships with others requiring interaction and mutual support, good team player.
  • Ability to work individually, taking care to ensure all aspects of work are completed correctly
  • Ability to improvise while working systematically with a good organizational skills and responsibility.
  • Team and goal-oriented, excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • BSc degree is an advantage
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
