Business Development Manager Telecommunications

Currently we are looking for a new colleague who will join ALEF Romania as a Telecommunications BDM, with a strong drive for business generation and excellent customer orientation attitude.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop the network of customers (current and prospects), with a strong pipeline of business opportunities for all our technology offerings, integrating products, solutions and services;
  • Build long-term relationships with the existing & new customers, thus learning to understand and anticipate their needs;
  • Collaborate with ALEF partners and help them propose integrated solutions to their customers;
  • Independently establish strategies to generate leads and convert into business;
  • Develop a list of prospective companies, make cold calls to introduce our company’s offerings, setup meetings, and follow up;
  • Organize awareness events and create special programs for the customers, such as workshops, seminars, webinars;
  • Conduct research to identify new market trends and customer needs; maintain in-depth know-how regarding technology needs through the network of partners (customers, vendors);
  • Constantly innovate & customize the approach of the partners in order to strongly differentiate ALEF within the market.

Abilities and qualifications:

  • Passionate about business development and customer relationship management;
  • Strong awareness of technologies, IT equipment, solutions and services;
  • Highly efficient verbal & written English communication;
  • Computer skills, including competency related to MS-Windows based applications.
