CISCO Product Manager


  • Achieve the budgeted sales volumes & revenues of the company as well the vendor's sales targets;
  • Responsible for pricing and quotation, as well as products documentation in the b2b platform;
  • Presenting the products and solutions to the inside Sales Team, making the necessary documentation available for easy accessing and sharing to partners;
  • Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote the products and solutions in collaboration with Cisco Team and inside Sales Team;
  • Closely work with top partners to develop the sales of the products and solutions;  
  • Manage the relationship with the Vendor team for the products and services business;
  • Propose dedicated partner events and participate to related company events that can contribute to the promotion of Alef as Cisco distributor; 
  • In charge with reporting of sales, margin, market share & trends in the market;  
  • Monitoring the realization of forecasts and proposing clear action plans to follow through;
  • Proposing promotions, special prices and marketing activities - presentations, documentations;


  • Proven experience as Product Manager/Business Development Manager or relevant similar role;
  • Very good knowledge of Cisco products and services from the commercial perspective, as well as technology trends on the Romanian market; 
  • Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
  • Ability to maintain and build strong relationships with all partners;  
  • Computer literacy: MS Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of oral verbal and written English
