Business Development Manager

ALEF

Presently we are looking for a new colleague that would join ALEF Team as Business Development Manager, having a strong business and customer orientation and good knowledge of the Greece IT market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting the market & developing a network of customers with a strong pipeline of business opportunities for ALEF Greece
  • Building long term relationship with the existing & new customers
  • Leverage a broad understanding of the products, solutions and services being represented
  • Supporting partners with business, technical and administrative information that would allow them better service their customers
  • Organizing awareness events and creating special programs for the customers, workshops, seminars, webinars
  • Independently establishing strategies to generate leads and convert business from large accounts

Abilities and qualifications:

  • 3-5  years information technology sales preferred
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar position preferred
  • Self-Starter with the ability to influence others
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and presentation abilities
