Cisco 360 Partner Program – Overview

The Cisco 360 Partner Program introduces a major transformation to Cisco’s partner ecosystem. Traditional partner levels—Gold, Premier, Select, and Registered—will be retired.

What’s Changing?

Instead of a single status across all technologies, each Cisco portfolio will now be evaluated independently using a new metric called the Partner Value Index (PVI). Based on their score across four key categories, partners will be eligible for new designations: Cisco Partner, Cisco (Portfolio) Partner, and Cisco Preferred (Portfolio) Partner.

Evaluation Categories (PVI Criteria)

Each portfolio will be evaluated independently in those categories.*

  1. Foundational – Maturity in lifecycle practices and managed services
  2. Capabilities – Investments in technical skills and certifications
  3. Performance – Ability to land, grow, and retain the customer base
  4. Engagement – Driving adoption across the full customer lifecycle

*Measured criteria may vary by portfolio. Full details are available in the official Cisco e-book.
