Presales Specialist
Currently, we are looking for a colleague to join our team in the role IT technology Presales Specialist with the main objective of providing consulting services on ALEF‘s solutions to partners from the portfolio of ALEF Greece.
Main responsibilities:
- Promoting ALEF‘s products and solutions
- Consulting on the proposals of technical security solutions adapted to the needs of the final beneficiaries to whom our partners address
- Supporting trainings, technical demonstrations and technology seminars with ALEF partners and their clients' technical teams
- Ensuring post-sales technical support through ALEF partners to final beneficiaries
Abilities and qualifications:
- College education
- Hands-on Experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security or Cloud is an advantage
- Self-motivated, team player and very organized
