ALEF TNS - Technology Notification Service
ALEF TNS sends regular reports alerting you to security vulnerabilities in your IT technologies, accompanied by expert recommendations from our experts on what to change in your network to prevent a cyber attack or service failure.
Service description
ALEF monitors information about published security vulnerabilities in hardware and software from selected vendors. We will filter this information according to the criteria you specify so that you only receive alerts for the technologies you actually use on your network and are not overwhelmed with a lot of unhelpful messages.
Each report will be supplemented by our expert recommendations on how to eliminate or minimize the identified security vulnerability and we will categorize each vulnerability in terms of importance and impact on your network (the categories used are - Critical, Significant, Informative).
The performance times for this service (SLA) are guaranteed by ALEF.
Who is the service for?
For all types and sizes of customers, whose IT administrator is unable to constantly monitor all the warnings and alerts published daily by IT technology manufacturers and professional security teams around the world during his normal working hours, and in all cases to comprehensively and expertly analyze how they could affect the operation of the IT entrusted to him.
Main advantages of the service
The service is performed by the ALEF SOC (Security Operations Center) team.
When a security vulnerability is detected in your IT equipment, you will receive an alert and a recommendation on how to remediate the vulnerability.
Alternatively, our team of specialists can help you to remediate vulnerabilities in products that ALEF supports.
How is the implementation done?
- A regular report will be sent to you by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify once a week. A critical security vulnerability update report will be emailed to the email addresses you specify by the end of the next business day.
- At the same time, we will also include selected news from global information portals focused on cybersecurity that may be relevant to you. We will comment on critical reports of security risks or events, explain their severity and add recommendations for mitigating their impact until a security update is available from the technology manufacturer. We will send you a report once a week.
