Videoconferencing
Video conferencing can replace face-to-face meetings without the need for unnecessary travel. You can instantly connect with one or several remote participants or even entire teams in a meeting room.
Service description
Simply start a videoconference like a regular phone call. Use the control panel to select a contact or meeting, and the video call can begin. You can then see all participants face-to-face, just as if you were sitting at the same table. During the connection, you can share spreadsheets, presentations, or 3D product models.
You don't have to worry about the content of the meeting getting to someone unauthorised. Video conferencing devices are secured with end-to-end encryption.

Who is the service for?
Based on the size of the meeting room and the number of participants, we will recommend a videoconferencing device with the appropriate type of camera, microphone and screen. Another parameter for video conferencing design is the technology platform and compatibility with the systems you plan to connect with. If you are already using a video conferencing system, we will take into account the manufacturer of your existing equipment.
