This service typically includes:

- implementation of requests for changes to software parameters within guaranteed times
- managing user access to the network

- record of the modifications made in the customer's operational documentation
The performance times for this service (SLA) are guaranteed by ALEF.
Who is the service for?
For all types and sizes of customers who do not have a team of experts capable of continuously managing and maintaining the various IT products that the customer runs on their network. This service helps the customer to strengthen the capacity of their IT team or acquire the missing technical know-how to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT technologies.
