Who is the service for?

For all types and sizes of customers who use hardware or software from Cisco Systems, F5, NetApp, Microsoft, or other products we support in their IT environment. Our sales representative will provide you with information on which specific software products we are able to provide Prevention service for.

Main advantages of the service

Our technicians who perform hardware prophylaxis have all the equipment to perform it.

Software prophylaxis is provided only by technicians with high professional certification for the software product.

If we agree with the customer, as part of the prophylaxis, we will also update the software of the device according to the current versions issued by the device manufacturer.

How is the implementation done?

  1. The recommended period is at least once a year for hardware prophylaxis and once a quarter for software prophylaxis.
  2. We will schedule equipment inspections at agreed intervals in consultation with the customer. The customer does not need to make a request to our Servicedesk to perform the service.
  3. After the prophylaxis, the customer receives a detailed report on the result of the inspection and professional recommendations for modification or updating of the equipment.
