Service Support Specialist
We are looking for caring, hardworking and flexible colleagues to join our service team. We offer a very varied job in a small team which will give you the opportunity to realise your administrative and internal system work, improve day-to-day communication across the business, especially with our sales staff, practice working with Excel spreadsheets and also test how caring and adaptable you are to change and frequent ad hoc requests.
What's in store for you?
Processing of the complete agenda of the company's service support in terms of supporting, recording and documentation processing:
- Purchase of service/support - quotation of services in suppliers' systems, issuing purchase orders
- Invoicing of supplier and managed services
- Preparation of documents for the preparation of the offer in the field of service services -, proposal of the level / model of service services in accordance with the customer's requirement, supplier's conditions and price conditions, review of the list of equipment, checking the availability of individual services and the period of service provision
- Recording and administration of service support contracts - responsibility for the correctness of service contract settings (level of services provided, time validity, supplier coverage, invoicing)
- Ordering services from a supplier
- Communication with service support suppliers, communication with business partners
- Supporting the sales department in the area of contractual commitments
- Keeping up-to-date with Cisco and other vendors' module service information
- Providing up-to-date information on the service area towards the sales department and technical teams
What should you know and be able to do?
- Min. secondary education, preferably in technical or economic field.
- Knowledge of MS Excel at an advanced level (contingency tables, functions, etc.)
- Analytical and systematic thinking
- Independence, decision-making ability, responsible attitude, logical thinking
- Ability to organise time and manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn and absorb large amounts of information, seek new solutions
- Work commitment, team spirit, time flexibility
- Experience in processing large amounts of data
- Ability to communicate across the company and with suppliers
- English at a communicative level
