Internal Sales Account Manager
We’re looking for a Internal Sales Account Manager.

Contract on fixed term, until the return of the incumbent to the position.
- Full and independent entry of customer orders into the ERP system – after training.;
- Regular checking of order status in the ERP and communicating updates to partners and customers;
- Providing internal sales support, including stock availability communication, pricing, and lead times;
- Overseeing and developing a personal portfolio of small business clients.;
- Confirmation of order receipt and invoicing – communication with partners, sharing of AWB and supporting billing accuracy;
- Weekly reporting of closed/invoiced orders (closed sales projects).;
- Active support to the sales team in handling client requirements, offer submissions, and contract preparation.;
- Ensuring the proper and timely handling of all sales-related processes and collaborating with logistics, customer service, and finance teams;
- Monitoring the status of all open orders and communicating any delivery date changes or issues to the relevant stakeholders;
- Actively promoting and forwarding vendor campaigns (e.g., Cisco promotions) to sales teams and customers;
- Participation in vendor training and certification programs;
- Collaborating with the sales and product management teams on pricing and promotional strategies;
- Preparing ad-hoc reports on sales activities, order status, and customer follow-up;
- Identifying and suggesting improvements in administrative workflows, contract templates, and internal ERP processes;
- Exploring new business opportunities, processes, and system enhancements to maximize the company’s potentia;
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate CRM and order records to ensure visibility for the sales and operations teams;
- Ensuring proper documentation flow and compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in business, economics, or IT);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (internal sales, sales support, or account management);
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions (hardware, software, cloud, licensing);
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Navision/MBS) and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Customer orientation and proactive attitude.
