Cloud Adoption Accelerator Workshop

The Microsoft Cloud Adoption is a set of documentation, implementation guidance, best practices and tools that aids in aligning strategies for business, culture, and technology to enable the desired business outcomes, faster and with confidence. It is structured in a modular way to, simultaneously, follow and guide the customer in their cloud journey. The Cloud Adoption Framework should be able to stand by itself and provide the structured guidance for customers in a self-service approach. The Cloud Adoption Framework builds on existing guidance, where possible, to achieve the following objectives: technical strategy, business strategy, culture strategy.
